Ideal for use in commercial audio installs, such as in restaurants, bars, stores, and schools, the Yamaha VXC6 is a ceiling loudspeaker with a 6.5" LF driver, a 0.75" soft-dome tweeter, and support for up to 300W of power handling. With a 60W 70/100V multi-tap transformer and an 8-ohm bypass option, the VXC6 can handle both high-impedance and low-impedance systems.
The 110° conical dispersion provides a balanced spot coverage for install spaces. Installation of the speaker into ceilings is made easier with anti-drop tabs, which allow you to temporarily mount the speaker in the ceiling, and a handle for hassle-free carrying and lifting. The stylish hexagonal grille fully covers the baffle and can be painted to accommodate the style of any space. Input and thru connectivity on the loudspeaker is provided over block connections. Sold in a pair, the VXC6 includes two grilles, two O-rings, four tile rails, four screws, and a cutout template.
