With an 88 MHz switching bandwidth, up to 3,520 selectable frequencies, and RF output of up to 50 mW, the EW 500 FILM G4 delivers clean, dependable wireless transmission—even in challenging environments such as busy urban locations. Depending on local conditions, up to 32 microphones can be operated simultaneously.

Flexible Wireless Setup

The EW 500 FILM G4 is built to handle a wide range of recording applications. The included SK 500 G4 bodypack transmitter pairs with the professional MKE 2 omnidirectional lavalier microphone, providing clear, highly intelligible speech while remaining discreet and comfortable for interviews and on-camera use.

For handheld interviews, wireless booming, and other applications, the SKP 500 G4 plug-on transmitter can convert compatible wired microphones into wireless microphones. With 48V phantom power, it can also accommodate condenser microphones.

The EK 500 G4 camera-mount receiver connects easily to camcorders, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and cinema cameras, making it suitable for capturing professional dialogue and speech for:
